Join us live this coming Thursday 10th June at 6.10pm (CET) for a sitting meditation practice. In this session we will do a settling, grounding, resting with breath support practice.
We will start the session with a talk on the practise explaining the stages of settling the mind, grounding ourselves within the body and resting in awareness. And how we can use the breath as a mindfulness support to aid us as an anchor in our meditation practice.
After the talk, we will have a 30-minute meditation practise using the breath as a mindfulness support and time for some questions at the end.
